We're very proud to report that our very own Steph has been nominated for a Pride of Reading Award.

Steph has been nominated in the “Cultural Contribution” category for her work in creating the Diversity Social, a monthly accessible social club for adults with mobility issues.

Steph was nominated by Luisa Garcia, who says that Steph is “…an amazing woman and friend who is very wise and kind and makes me laugh all the time”. Anyone who’s been lucky enough to meet or work with Steph here at the centre will know just how true that is!

To read more about it, see GetReading’s article announcing Steph’s nomination.

The Pride of Reading Awards take place take place on Friday, November 2, at the Royal Berkshire Conference Centre in Reading, Berkshire. And we’re all rooting for you Steph!
