The trustees would like to invite all members and volunteers of the RSAC to our 2017 AGM.
Formal notice
This will be sent out about one month before the AGM and will include the agenda, proposals, nominations for trustees, proxy voting forms and other relevant information.
Proposals for the agenda Could anyone wishing to make a proposal at the AGM send us the exact wording by Wed 20th October please. This will enable us to add the proposal to the agenda and the proxy voting forms which need to be included with the formal notice. This is particularly important for any proposal that seeks to alter the RSAC's Articles of Association (also known as our governing documents).
Prospective trustees
We would also like to invite anyone interested in putting themselves forward to be elected as a trustee at the AGM to let us know by Wed 20th October, including a brief biography (<250 words). This will enable names of prospective trustees to be included with the formal notice and added to the proxy voting forms sent out with the formal notice.
