Reading Trans Peers – Support Group

We are a new, community-led, peer support group for trans adults in Reading, Berkshire and beyond. We are run exclusively by trans volunteers who organise monthly peer-to-peer support meetings for anyone under the trans umbrella. We welcome transgender, non-binary, genderqueer, gender-questioning people and all other trans identities.

Our goal is to bring trans people together to share experiences, comfort and support.

We are a Reading-based group, but we’re available to any trans person who is able to attend our in-person meetings in Reading, no matter where they live.

Every meeting starts with a chosen discussion theme announced in advance. The group can expand on this theme, use it as a conversation starter, or talk about anything else they’d like. Everyone can share their experiences, or stay and listen to
others' experiences without the obligation to share.
